Taking on instructions at very short notice throughout the week and over weekends, including bank holidays.
We can provide a fast and accurate turn around of all documentation, which meets the requirements of new legislation for both the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (April 2007) and Energy Performance Certificates (October 2008).
