Digital Photographs are included in all our reports at no extra cost

The Inventory House provides digital photographs with all reports, whether it is an inventory, check-in and check-out or mid-term inspection and for all size properties, furnished or unfurnished.

Digital photographs are used in support of our written documentation outlining and providing clear evidence for the general condition of a property and its contents, particularly any specific damages. Each photograph is time and date stamped to validate its use.

Photos can be an important addition to any condition report, allowing all parties to ‘see for themselves’, particularly useful to those who are unable to visit the property on a regular basis or simply need to make an informed decision when employing maintenance and cleaning services
