When asked what is most important to us, the answer is always customer service. Which is why our people are our greatest asset; after all it’s our people that deliver great property inventory services (and great inventory reports).

At Inventory House we like to think of ourselves as people people and from back in the very beginning it has been our aim to build a team of great people who deliver a great customer experience.

What makes a good inventory clerk? Of course integrity, curiosity, an eye for detail but we realised a long time ago that real value is in the relationships we build with the people that rely on our service, whether that be Landlords, Tenants or Property Agents.

Inventory House clerks are some of the most highly trained in the industry today offering fantastic inventory services in London and South-East. We have nearly 10 years of experience which is passed on to each and every member of our team.

• Rigorous recruitment program where prospective candidates are asked to do an inventory at the interview to see if they have an eye for it!

• Training on the job and can take anywhere between 6 weeks and 6 months.

• Clerks are constantly assessed and reports edited. Clerks are given feedback and additional training on a weekly basis.

A high turnover of staff for any business is extremely disruptive and unproductive.  Our extensive training and on-going support means Inventory House clerks feel valued and very much a part of the team.  They stay with us for a considerable length of time enabling them to build good relationships with our clients, delivering a high quality of service, 24/7 contact via the Inventory House Website and detailed inventory reports that can be relied upon.
