Our prices are very competitive and are equally matched with a first class service. Unlike many other inventory companies, which come and go; Inventory House are here to stay and are rapidly growing.

We offer a transparent pricing policy:

  • No cancellation fees if advised within 2 Hours of scheduled booking (otherwise £35 + VAT)
  • No additional fees for weekend/Bank Holiday bookings
  • No additional fees for evening bookings
  • No additional fees for using other companies inventory reports
  • No additional fees for updating our own existing inventory reports
  • No additional costs for digital photographs or copy reports by email
  • No extra charges for additional rooms i.e. ensuite bathrooms, reception areas or cloakrooms.
  • No additional costs for Congestion Charge fees
