Inventory Check Services provide a thorough check prior to any potential tenants moving into a property. The Inventory House trained specialists document and photograph the condition of a property and cross check the inventory list to ensure everything is correct.

The inventory check list is a complete record of decoration, fixtures and fittings and any existing furniture content. This service is also available through Inventory House and can be completed by property inventory clerk specialists provided directly to you to help speed up the process.

The report will list each and every item that makes up the property from the colour of the ceiling to the number of plug sockets in each room. When accurate and detailed, the inventory will ensure the condition of the property and all its contents are recorded thoroughly at the tenancy both check-in and tenancy check-out. This helps reduce the possibility of a dispute over any damage or missing items after a tenant leaves a property.

At check-in the inventory clerk will record which keys have been exchanged and will record the utility meter readings. The clerk and tenant will agree the condition of the property and sign a final report agreeing the current state of the property.

Inventory House can also provide an inventory clerk to carry out a digital photography service to assist property inventory reports as evidence of a state of a property.
